INGREDIENTS Each capsule contains:
L-Leucine ((S)-2-Amino-4-Methylpentanoic Acid) 400 mg,
L-Valine ((S)-2-Amino-3-Methylbutanoic Acid) 200 mg,

DIRECTIONS & USE
